Dave's Story

After many years of trying to keep fit including going to fitness rooms, step aerobics, aerobics, body pump, body combat, body tone, salsasize, circuit training, spinning and finally Zumba I think the most important thing is to find an instructor that will motivate you to keep going and I am pleased to say that I have found one, [Bev] has even encouraged me to take up yoga which I find very beneficial.
