Millie's Story

Millie Hunt has achieved her fit, healthy body by training regularly and using the "myfitnesspal"; app on her phone to reduce her calorie intake.

Millie says "I was at my heaviest on the 14th Dec 2012 which I then lost 7 pounds with Julie Robson at Slimming World, on the 26th of February I started weighing myself down Midsomer Sports Centre with my friends Keri & Angie where I have lost the other 2 stone 11, they have been my rocks"

Mille adds "thank you very much [Bev], your classes have definetly been the main reason I have been able to achieve it";
