Susan's Story

After the shock of breast cancer in 1999, I decided to change my lifestyle by exercising. I started slowly by swimming and yoga.

When I retired I joined Midsomer Norton Sports Centre and met Bev, her classes are always entertaining and she incorporates many levels, she always gives alternatives to accommodate injuries etc. Yoga is my favourite class of the week which leaves me relaxed and sets me up for a full on weekend with the grandchildren. I also sold my car when I retired which means I walk everywhere locally and have my trusty bus pass for longer journeys.


Bev Says

You have done absolutely brilliant by changing your lifestyle. You are a great role model, very inspirational by staying so active and eating healthily. Nice to hear that your grandchildren keep you fit as well.

You always show lots of enthusiasm and put so much into every session that you do! Yoga has rewarding health benefits, great that it sets you up for the weekend.
