This isn't a dance class, so you won't have to learn any routines or remember any patterns: It's an easy to follow total body workout that includes the most effective and proven exercises, such as: Squats, Lunges, Press-Ups and Planks.
We train to the latest music and use hand weights throughout to help to strengthen your whole body
Easier and harder options are given to suit everyones fitness level and ability
