Wholemeal Pizza


Cooking Instructions

Measure out the topping ingredients and mix all together in a bowl.

Knead the dough really well for around 5 minutes, then leave to rise in a covered bowl for around 40 minutes.

In the meantime prepare the topping, grate the cheese, chop the vegetables into thin slices.

Pre-heat the oven to around 220c.

After 40 minutes of letting the dough rise, knead out into a lightly greased pizza tray or on some tinfoil and cook the base in the oven between 5-10 minutes. 

When the it is firm, remove from the oven and spread the tomato puree with the back of a spoon.

Add the grated cheese and spread evenly.

Add the vegetables sprinkle a little bit more cheese over the veg and cook all together in the oven for around 10-15 mins until lightly browned. 

Remove from the oven. 

Slice with a knife or pizza cutter and serve with a mixed green salad to compliment.
